Our principles have been assisting companies, sole traders and individual members of the public for many years.

We are an associate member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. This is an association which is often consulted by government and is better known as R3.

We are registered with R3 membership No. 0016394. It is also a legal requirement to be registered with the Data Protection Controller. Our registration No.Z549369.

To protect your interests, the Office of Fair Trading introduced new guidelines in April 2008 to ensure that only companies that are able to prove that they have the necessary experience and skills operate in our profession do so. The department now undertake personal on-site visits to interview applicants of licences to ensure they meet the standards required.

We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and Chartered Institute of Management.

Certain companies advertise in the national press and give the impression that substantial amounts of debts can be written off simply by contacting them. Whilst the aim is to reduce the amount owed, this decision remains at the sole discretion of the specific creditors.
